What the quote form collects
If you submit the quote form we receive what you typed: your name, your organization, your email address, a phone number if you gave one, your budget range and deadline if you selected them, your payment method if you selected one, and your message. We also record the time the request arrived and the country it came from, which is what our host reports with any web request.
We use that to quote you and to fulfil an order if one follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to a marketing service.
Measurement
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and reports aggregate figures. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, and cannot follow you to another website. It is the only measurement on the site, and it is why there is no cookie banner — this site sets no cookies to consent to.
What this site does not do
No advertising trackers, no marketing pixels, and no cookies set by this site. No third-party form service — the form posts to our own endpoint. No newsletter and no mailing list. No account and nothing to sign up for. Our host, Cloudflare, processes requests to serve the site and records standard request data in doing so.
Retention and removal
Quote requests are kept while they are commercially useful — an open quote, an order in progress, or the records that follow one. To have a request deleted, email us from the address you used and say so.
Accuracy of this site
System descriptions on this site say what we configure and supply. They are not an offer, an inventory listing, or a price. A binding price, ship date and warranty term exists only in a written quote issued by Rees Systems against your requirement.
Registration data is published as it stands today. The SAM.gov registration is active and the CAGE code is published on the About page.
